NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR A CONDITIONAL REZONING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended, that a public hearing will be held by the City of Rockwood Planning Commission at 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at Rockwood City Hall, 32409 Fort Road, Rockwood, MI 48173.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the purpose of the public hearing is to hear and consider a conditional rezoning at 32755 Wood Street from B-3 Planned Community Business District to M-1 Industrial District.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that information regarding the site and the Zoning Ordinance may be examined at Rockwood City Hall, 32409 Fort Road, Rockwood, Michigan during regular business hours until the date of the Public Hearing. Written comments on the proposed Conditional Re-Zoning can be sent to the City Clerk's office at the above address until 4:30 P.M. the day of the meeting.
